Art Graham, Managing Partner & CEO

An experienced leader with decades of IT experience (both in the trenches and in Management), Art serves as Managing Partner & CEO of StellaMSP. Art has spent his career identifying, evaluating, deploying and implementing IT strategies in numerous industries, as well as creating high-performing technology support organizations across a number of enterprises. He’s also a trusted advisor and confidante to corporate leaders, with equally strong abilities in employee development and mentoring.

Art serves on various non-profit Boards, and is involved in an advisory capacity for multiple industry associations and nonprofit foundations. Additionally, he’s passionate about animal-health and adoption, and is an accomplished musician.

Kanon Cozad, Partner & COO

A highly accomplished executive leader and strategic thinker with more than 30 years of IT experience, Kanon Cozad is the COO of StellaMSP. Kanon has extensive experience in software development, business intelligence, project management, information and enterprise architecture, and organizational change management. He has worked in industries as diverse as healthcare, hospitality, financial services, AEC, and consulting. He’s also the Managing Principal of our sister company, Pianosa Technology Partners.

Kanon is a regular speaker at conferences on various industry and technology topics. He is also active in numerous civic organizations focused primarily on the arts community, and serves on multiple non-profit Boards; additionally, he’s a partner in several arts-related businesses.
